Industrial-style 2-bedroom apartment located strategically in a quiet neighborhood in Berawa with a serene view of horses and swaying bamboo trees. Located just a 2 mins drive from the local market, a 5-10 mins drive to Fins Beach Club, Berawa beach and popular eateries and boutiques. Enjoy the shared pool and lush greenery when you step inside the compound. The apartment has fast wifi and is fully furnished and equipped with all your necessities. Cleaner comes 3x a week.
Guests have the whole studio to themself.
The apartment is located just a 5 mins walk to Brunch Club cafe and Bali Equestrian Centre. The local market (Pasar Samet Sari) is just a 10 mins walk away or a 3 mins drive on a bike. If you're a coffee lover we highly recommend Hungry Bird Cafe; they roast their own coffee and it's known to be one of the best around Canggu. On the street where Hungry Birds is you'll find where many of the popular restaurants and cafes are in Berawa. For those that love a good day club, the popular Fins Beach Club is just a 10mins car/bike ride away. And for those who'd like to hit the gym, Wanderlust Fitness Village is just a 15 mins bike ride away.
1. First rule: Have a great time in Bali!
2. Respect of quiet time is very important to us (between 22.00 pm to 8.00 am). Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and we would appreciate the sound level to be kept lowered and kept at a minimum after 22.00.
3. Please take care of our home; you are responsible and liable for any damage or breakages, which you may cause, to the accommodation or its contents. Any damage to the property will be charged. We expect all items to remain on the premises.
4. Giving your key to friends is not permitted. The room is rented to you only.
5. In Bali, electricity is a limited resource and can have the occasional blackout. Please turn off A/C and lights before leaving the property. Thank you for your cooperation.
6. Please do not throw any toilet paper or sanitary napkins or material of such kind in the toilet. In Indonesia, plumbing systems are sensitive and can easily block.
7. We are an eco-friendly family. If you need your towels replaced, just leave them on the floor and our housekeepers will gladly replace them.
8. Cleaners come by daily to perform regular cleaning. Please let us know when is the ideal time for them to come by. As we are an eco-friendly family, sheets are changed 2-3 days depending on the duration of stay.
9. Pets are not allowed.
10. Please do not smoke on the property, only outside or off the property, and please use the ashtray.
11. Using drugs on the property is prohibited. Any evidence of drug use will result in a demand to immediately vacate the property.
12. Please keep the volume down on any radio, audio system or musical instrument. We reserve the right to require these items to be turned off if they are disturbing the neighbors.
13. Providing us with an emergency contact can help us help you in case of need.
14. We provide a safety box in all the rooms. We are not liable for any personal belonging left outside of the safety box. Please use the safety box to keep your belongings safe and secure.

Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
