You’ll quickly find that one of the best places to hang out on the property is by the pool or the backyard lounge area. On hot days, it’s the perfect place to sunbathe or cool down in the pool.
The lounge area is great to unwind, put your feet up and read or chill with friends over a bottle or wine.The modern open-concept kitchen is a wonderful space to prepare a meal or enjoy a morning drink. It’s spacious and fully equipped with a lovely view of the garden and backyard pool. It also benefits from the tall glass doors in front of the living room area. When they’re open, it helps circulate cool air around. The dining table is just across from the kitchen; it is perfect for a group of four.
The decorated living room has comfy sofas where you can relax, take in the view and enjoy the cooling breeze from outside. A smart TV is also available for your entertainment.
On the second floor you’ll find the designated working station, designed with locally crafted furniture made of teak wood. What better place to focus than up high, overlooking a serene view of rice fields and the pool!Wake up in a spacious bedroom with floor to ceiling windows that open up to the backyard pool, outside lounge area and the stunning view of rice fields as far as the eye can see.
The villa comes with 2 decorated bedrooms all designed in natural soft colours with both having doors leading to the back patio. During the day opening the back doors would help provide natural air flow within the room. The ensuite bathrooms are designed in white and soft pastel blue tiles. We’ll provide you with all the bathroom essentials.
The whole property is solely for the guest.
The villa is nestled in a local residential area abundant with rice fields and untouched jungle. Enjoy morning jogs or walks on the Selingsing Jogging Track where you're surrounded by stunning views of palm trees, rice fields, and marigold plants. You'll find that the nearest popular eateries are within 12-15mins motorbike/car ride away. Some of the popular eateries you'll find are The Shelter, ARTE Canggu, Törst, Tony's Pizza, Copenhagen, and TMO. Pererenan Beach and Seseh Beach are about 20mins motorbike/car ride away.
1. First rule: Have a great time in Bali!
2. Respect of quiet time is very important to us (between 22.00 pm to 8.00 am). Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and we would appreciate the sound level to be kept lowered and kept at a minimum after 22.00.
3. Please take care of our home; you are responsible and liable for any damage or breakages, which you may cause, to the accommodation or its contents. Any damage to the property will be charged. We expect all items to remain on the premises.
4. Giving your key to friends is not permitted. The room is rented to you only.
5. In Bali, electricity is a limited resource and can have the occasional blackout. Please turn off A/C and lights before leaving the property. Thank you for your cooperation.
6. Please do not throw any toilet paper or sanitary napkins or material of such kind in the toilet. In Indonesia, plumbing systems are sensitive and can easily block.
7. We are an eco-friendly family. If you need your towels replaced, just leave them on the floor and our housekeepers will gladly replace them.
8. Cleaners come by daily to perform regular cleaning. Please let us know when is the ideal time for them to come by. As we are an eco-friendly family, sheets are changed 2-3 days depending on the duration of stay.
9. Pets are not allowed.
10. Please do not smoke on the property, only outside or off the property, and please use the ashtray.
11. Using drugs on the property is prohibited. Any evidence of drug use will result in a demand to immediately vacate the property.
12. Please keep the volume down on any radio, audio system or musical instrument. We reserve the right to require these items to be turned off if they are disturbing the neighbors.
13. Providing us with an emergency contact can help us help you in case of need.
14. We provide a safety box in all the rooms. We are not liable for any personal belonging left outside of the safety box. Please use the safety box to keep your belongings safe and secure.
