1. First rule: Have a great time in Bali!
2. Respect of quiet time is very important to us (between 22.00 pm to 8.00 am). Our villa is located in a quiet neighborhood and we would appreciate the sound level to be kept lowered and kept at a minimum after 22.00.
3. Please take care of our villa. You are responsible and liable for any damage or breakages, which you may cause, to the accommodation or its contents. Any damage to the property will be charged. We expect all items to remain on the premises.
4. Giving your key to friends is not permitted. The villa is rented to you only.
5. In Bali, electricity is a limited resource and can have the occasional blackout. Please turn off A/C and lights before leaving the property. Thank you for your cooperation.
6. Please do not throw any toilet paper or sanitary napkins or material of such kind in the toilet. In Indonesia, plumbing systems are sensitive and can easily block.
7. We are an eco-friendly family. Towels and linens are changed every week for long term guests. For short term guests, new sheets and towels can be requested every 3 days, or if you are staying for 2 nights or less, before check in/after check out. If you would like new towels more frequently, there will be additional charge.
8. Cleaners come by every 2 days to perform regular cleaning. Please let us know when is the ideal time for them to come by.
9. Pets are not allowed.
10. Please do not smoke on the property, only outside on the terrace or off the property, and please use the ashtray. It is important that this rule is respected as it affects future guests. If any evidence of smoking in the bedrooms or living room is found, there will be additional cleaning fees. Also please be careful when smoking on the outdoor area, any damage to the sofa cushion will be charged.
11. Using drugs on the property is prohibited. Any evidence of drug use will result in a demand to immediately vacate the property.
12. Please keep the volume down on any radio, audio system or musical instrument. We reserve the right to require these items to be turned off if they are disturbing the neighbour's.
13. Providing us with an emergency contact can help us help you in case of need.
14. Please put all the trash in the provided bins so our cleaners can collect them easily during cleaning times and upon check out. Leaving the property in a very bad condition; very dirty and full of trash all over the property, which will cause unnecessary prolonged cleaning and/or resulting in next guests not being able to check in on time, will result in additional cleaning fees.
15. The check out time is 11.00 AM. Please let us know at least 1 day before check out date if you would like to check out late, failure to do so will result in additional charge.
16. This villa can ONLY accommodate 2 (two) adult guests. No extra guests allowed.
17. Please do not move any of the following items: bed, sofa, tables or plant pots. Unauthorised movement of these items will result in additional charges, rule number 3 will also apply if there's any damage to the property and/or its contents associated with the movement of these items.Enjoy your stay!
ANY BREACH OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED WILL RESULT IN US IMPOSING ADDITIONAL CHARGES OR HAVING YOU VACATE THE PROPERTY AND THE TOTAL LODGING COSTS WILL BE FORFEITED.
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
