Fall in love with the natural colours, teak furniture, locally crafted decor and marble bathrooms and kitchen. The villa was designed for the ultimate experience of relaxation and style. Find yourself waking up in a villa surrounded by a lush garden. Enjoy the natural lighting and open the sliding doors of the living room to feel the breeze during the day. Spend hot days taking a dip or go for morning laps in the wide pool. For days spent inside, kick your feet up and watch a movie on the sofa.
The three ensuite bedrooms are all uniquely designed. The first two were designed with a soft cooling blue, beige and grey colour palette complemented by warm teak furniture and décor. The last room was designed with a bold black and dark grey colour palette. To soften the overall look, it was also decorated with some greenery, teak furniture and local décor.
Each room comes with a personal working desk. And each ensuite bathroom was designed with tiled white marble and black metal. The modern open-concept kitchen is a wonderful space to prepare a meal or enjoy a morning drink where you can sit at the island counter. It’s spacious and fully equipped with a lovely view of the garden. The dining table is just across from the kitchen; it is perfect for a family or group meal. The living room is great for family and friends gathering with a big TV and to watch movies together and chill.
The whole property is solely for the guest. There are some storage rooms that are not accessible.
All the essential stores are within walking distance. Festive supermarket is just a 3 mins drive away. They have a big selection from local to imported products. The popular TMO cafe is just a 1 min walk from the villa. If you enjoy pizzas, we highly recommend Tony's New York Pizza, which is a 4 mins walk away. If you're looking for a good laundry mat you can try the one across from Tony's New York Pizza. We've used Pak Wayan and Ibu Niluh's services and haven't been disappointed so far. Other cafes that are within the neighborhood are Koin cafe, Kopikita, and The Neighborhood cafe. For gym lovers, Surya Gym is just a 10 mins walk from the villa. Central Canggu and Pererenan are a 10min drive away, while the Batu Bolong Beach and Pererenan Beach are about a 10-15mins drive away.
1. First rule: Have a great time in Bali!
2. Respect of quiet time is very important to us (between 22.00 pm to 8.00 am). Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and we would appreciate the sound level to be kept lowered and kept at a minimum after 22.00.
3. Please take care of our home; you are responsible and liable for any damage or breakages, which you may cause, to the accommodation or its contents. Any damage to the property will be charged. We expect all items to remain on the premises.
4. Giving your key to friends is not permitted. The room is rented to you only.
5. In Bali, electricity is a limited resource and can have the occasional blackout. Please turn off A/C and lights before leaving the property. Thank you for your cooperation.
6. Please do not throw any toilet paper or sanitary napkins or material of such kind in the toilet. In Indonesia, plumbing systems are sensitive and can easily block.
7. We are an eco-friendly family. If you need your towels replaced, just leave them on the floor and our housekeepers will gladly replace them.
8. Cleaners come by daily to perform regular cleaning. Please let us know when is the ideal time for them to come by. As we are an eco-friendly family, sheets are changed 2-3 days depending on the duration of stay.
9. Pets are not allowed.
10. Please do not smoke on the property, only outside or off the property, and please use the ashtray.
11. Using drugs on the property is prohibited. Any evidence of drug use will result in a demand to immediately vacate the property.
12. Please keep the volume down on any radio, audio system or musical instrument. We reserve the right to require these items to be turned off if they are disturbing the neighbors.
13. Providing us with an emergency contact can help us help you in case of need.
14. We provide a safety box in all the rooms. We are not liable for any personal belonging left outside of the safety box. Please use the safety box to keep your belongings safe and secure.

Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
