For those looking for a getaway from the bustling of tourist and noisy downtown districts, but still close enough to all the action, then this place is perfect for you. We are located in a super quiet neighborhood just inlands from Pererenan. The property is just 10-minute drive away from the beach; Pantai Pererenan, straight south. There are rice fields views just around the corner a few minutes walk from the property. What's very special are the Balinese temples the property is surrounded by in window view from the villa, handmade by the artisans of Bali.
THE POOL & GARDEN
The property has a plunge pool surrounded by a lush garden for guests to relax and unwind.
THE BEDROOM / BATHROOM
The bedroom has a custom-made king-size bed (1,8x2m), with direct access to the plunge pool and a spectacular window view of the lush garden. The entrance to the bathroom is a sliding door next to the wardrobe. It opens up to a beige herringbone floor leading to a light beige polish terrazzo shower overlooking a lush tropical garden. The sink area has a beautiful marble backsplash and is lit by 2 modern pendant lights reflecting off a big backlit mirror to remind you how beautiful you are.
THE KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is fully equipped ( incl. microwave, dishwasher) with the essential tools you need to create that perfect meal for that special someone. In case you host some friends over for wine and dine, there is plates, cutlery, and glassware for up to 4 people.
THE LIVING ROOM
The living room has a very comfortable custom sofa. It's equipped with a smart TV so you won't have to worry about missing any of your favorite Netflix series.
THE LOUNGE
AREA Looking to work on your tan or just laze about under the sun, the terrace is just the place. It has 2 beautiful sun loungers. In the evening time, it's the perfect place to stargaze. We follow Airbnb's five-step cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb's cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts.
You will have the entire Villa to yourself.
The property is located down a street in a quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes drive from the beach. It is a quiet area with beautifully handcrafted balinese temples surrounded by lush vegetation. Just down the street; 15 minutes walk is the beach. And the center of Pererenan is about 10 minute walk as well where you can find some amazing restaurants and cafes like BAKED, Soogi Roll, Woods, Shelters and Honey to name a few.
1. First rule: Have a great time in Bali!
2. Respect of quiet time is very important to us (between 22.00 pm to 8.00 am). Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and we would appreciate the sound level to be kept lowered and kept at a minimum after 22.00.
3. Please take care of our home; you are responsible and liable for any damage or breakages, which you may cause, to the accommodation or its contents. Any damage to the property will be charged. We expect all items to remain on the premises.
4. Giving your key to friends is not permitted. The room is rented to you only.
5. In Bali, electricity is a limited resource and can have the occasional blackout. Please turn off A/C and lights before leaving the property. Thank you for your cooperation.
6. Please do not throw any toilet paper or sanitary napkins or material of such kind in the toilet. In Indonesia, plumbing systems are sensitive and can easily block.
7. We are an eco-friendly family. If you need your towels replaced, just leave them on the floor and our housekeepers will gladly replace them.
8. Cleaners come by daily to perform regular cleaning. Please let us know when is the ideal time for them to come by. As we are an eco-friendly family, sheets are changed 2-3 days depending on the duration of stay.
9. Pets are not allowed.
10. Please do not smoke on the property, only outside or off the property, and please use the ashtray.
11. Using drugs on the property is prohibited. Any evidence of drug use will result in a demand to immediately vacate the property.
12. Please keep the volume down on any radio, audio system or musical instrument. We reserve the right to require these items to be turned off if they are disturbing the neighbors.
13. Providing us with an emergency contact can help us help you in case of need.
14. We provide a safety box in all the rooms. We are not liable for any personal belonging left outside of the safety box. Please use the safety box to keep your belongings safe and secure.

THE DEPOSIT AND TOTAL LODGING COSTS WILL BE FORFEITED.
Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
