Important Information Before You Book

We believe in being completely transparent so you can decide whether our villa is the right fit for your stay.

Please note that the villa is currently located within an active construction project. Construction work is ongoing daily, including weekends.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

• Construction activities generally take place between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, although the schedule may occasionally vary depending on the progress of the project.

• Noise levels vary from day to day. Some days may be relatively quiet, while others may be busier. We understand that everyone's tolerance for noise is different, so we encourage you to consider this before booking.

• Construction workers may occasionally be visible from the bathroom and rooftop area, which may affect the level of privacy in these spaces.

• The entrance to the villa passes through the construction area, so you may encounter workers, construction materials, and dust when entering or leaving the property.

-Electrical transformer issues from PLN’s local power network in the Cemagi area may occasionally occur, typically around 2–3 times per month. You may hear a popping or short-circuit sound from the transformer. In most cases, electricity is restored within approximately 4–5 hours, but sometimes unpredictable. These issues are related to the local PLN network and are not caused by the property.

• Parking space is only available for 1 motorbike.

• Complimentary villa cleaning is provided twice a week during your stay.

-The villa design is not suitable for children under 12 yo, for security reason and for guests with limited mobility or those requiring step-free access.

• The rate you see is our lowest discounted price, specially adjusted to reflect the current construction conditions.
